A welcoming yoga studio atmosphere

First Time? We\'ve Got You.

Transitioning from curiosity to the mat can feel like a leap, but at Harmony Haven Yoga, we treat every beginner like a long-lost friend. We specialize in music-infused sessions that take the edge off and let the rhythm guide your breath.

Start Your Journey

New to the Mat?

Think comfort over fashion. Leggings, shorts, or joggers that allow for movement are perfect. Since we are a barefoot studio, no special footwear is needed!

Nope. While many regulars bring their own, we provide clean, high-quality rental mats for free during your first week at Harmony Haven Yoga.

Street parking is available along Monroe and adjacent blocks. If you\'re taking the subway, the J/M/Z lines stop just a few blocks away. Ever tried a pre-yoga walk in Brooklyn? It\'s the perfect warm-up.

Music & Mindfulness

Why silence when there is rhythm? Our workshops integrate melodic soundscapes to help you anchor your focus. Is it easier to meditate when the music matches your heart rate?

Our Brooklyn Home

Located at 823A Monroe Street, our studio is a sanctuary in the city. We\'ve spent 12 years building a space that feels like a retreat from the New York hustle.

Studio Vibe & Etiquette

We want you to feel at home, but a shared home requires a few simple guidelines. Ready to leave the stress outside?

  • Silence in the Sanctuary The yoga room is a no-talk zone. Save the chats for our lounge area!
  • Shoe-Free Policy We keep our floors clean enough to lie on. Please leave shoes in the lobby cubbies.
  • Respect Personal Space Keep a mat-width apart when possible. We all need room to expand.

Student Stories

"Why did I wait so long to try Harmony Haven Yoga? I was worried about being the only one who couldn\'t touch my toes, but the music and the atmosphere made me forget my nerves within minutes. It\'s now my favorite part of the week!"
